This is EXACTLY what we wanted to deal with! Just not a satisfying experience. He came up, checked the frig, brought a different one and left the non-working one. Then, when I said that wasn't happening they said they would send maintenance. Well, first, they said he could keep it in the frig downstairs. My husband has meds which has to be kept cold so this was important. When we asked for a new room and stated frig didn't work we were told maintainence would be up to check the frig. Poor lighting in room and BRIGHT lighting outside. Music loud streamed to parking lot every day. Overall, it was a decent hotel for the price (except the dog fee was high) So when you are sleeping, the A/C does not seem to reach the beds very good and when you are getting ready for the day at the sink/bathroom area, the A/C is blowing on you. The bathroom is in the back of the room where the A/C unit is.
The rooms is spacious, but set up different then most. If your room faces towards the back, you face a trailer park. If you come back late at night, the lot is VERY full. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. One day sausage links, then sausage patties and then ham. The only thing changed each day was the meat. After 3 nights, and the same breakfast, we choose to go out for breakfast instead. Breakfast was good, but the same everyday. This is a dog friendly hotel, which is GREAT! However, the $30 per night charge was high compared to what other hotels in the area charge for dogs.
